As a regular at this store i was amazed how slap - dash Cormac was i chatting with staff instead of serving customers.
When i asked him if he could serve me i was subjected to his stupidity and sarcasm
As someone who was struggling to stand leaning in pain on the shopping trolly Cormac took the opportunity to to belittle me saying I should be happy

Good range of products, well stocked shelves & efficient staff. Headsets mean the are more engaged with each other than customer which is my only criticism, customer should feel priority not pers at other end of headset, it actually be disengaging for customer

Wasnt busy, at 8am on a Saturday.usually go asda but tried Aldi, less variety hence less items to put in the trolley . Spent £70 but if you got the additional missing items would probably be at our usual asda shop of £108 . So will go again .

Staff very irritating at this store , a few occasions a male member of staff , bold head , normally talking super loud on the headset about what he's doing later that night , or making jokes with her members off staff . I once used self scan and waited for him to notice me stood there needing service . As he was too caught up chatting about his day ( not about work ) on the head set .
Also most recent visit older lady on the till, held the Que up saying she defo gave the receipt the Customer , the customer politely said no you didn't , she was certain she did , then found it in the bin , so she had binned it . When she served me , no eye contact , whizzed my shopping through , I paid , she basically was talking at me like a robot, have a nice day , thankyou bye .... I didn't even say anything , made me feel under valued . I will continue to shop with romily aldi or hazelgrove . Much better service there
