Lovely helpful staff. Had a lovely chat with the pharmacist this morning, which is rare. I even forgot to buy something after I'd received my medication. They work hard and the pharmacist eventually found my medication. So thanks.. From Lobinsky.

Adswood pharmacy provides me my medications (for last few years) via they're delivery service. I very rarely have to wait for an out of stock item and my prescription is always delivered on time. I have always received polite service if I have had to phone them over another which is rare.The delivery driver is always pleasant and patient waiting for me to answer the door (wheelchair user).I have read some negative reviews of the pharmacy but I honestly have never had a problem with them.

A pharmacy closed because no pharmacist? Lucky I have enough medication till they have one again. Always seem like they're doing you a favour. Often talking about their social life instead of getting medication for customers. Been too many times and asked to come back after 3 when I'd be in there for 11am even having always ordered medication a week before I need it.

This pharmacy is usually fantastic, however today, with different staff than usual, the service was horrendously unprofessional.I went in to collect my son's prescription, it hadn't arrived yet which was fair enough, so we called the Dr's to make sure it had been sent which it had.The lady who served me (blonde hair with a brown dress on, didn't get a name) then asked me to wait outside in the rain with my 5 month old son so she could "serve other people". There was another patient in at the time who came out minutes after me.I went back in some minutes later and the same woman served me. She said the prescription had arrived. I witnessed her take it off the shelf and put labels onto it, only to then put it in a basket and leave it aside. I then had to wait upward of 30 mins to receive the item.During my wait, I heard them chatting among themselves about how they've spoken to a gentleman(possible patient, not sure) who had been problematic. One of them boasted that "Annette who works here is only tiny so she s!#$ herself but I told him" I'm not f&#*%+@ scared of you."2 or 3 patients came in, all of whom prescriptions were not there or had items missing, one of which was a man collecting for him and his wife. He had called the day prior and was told it was ready.Later on, it was brought to their attention by the same gentleman that there were people - my son and housemate included - outside in the rain. Their response? "oh well they'll have to wait. They won't catch covid out there! "I was finally given my son's medication and there was no apology from the staff for the unnecessarily long wait.Please ensure the staff on today(19/08/2020, 14:00) receive customer service training as their behavior today was appalling.

The staff can 'sometimes' be good BUT often they huff and puff and tell you how busy they are, the waiting time can be also quite long and it's a bit of a lottery if you are going to find them happy and welcoming or moody and obnoxious - Adswood people deserve better.
