We stayed for two nights as we were attending a wedding nearby. Check in was simple and Emily was very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tight and limited, but we managed to get a space. The family room was large and the kids beds were the most comfortable we've had at a Premier Inn. The staff were super helpful, even offered to help with our cases.

Booked in, informed room on 2nd floor, asked if there was a lift and was informed through the door. He just pointed at the door. Opened door, no lift, stairs all thr way to 2nd floor with our luggage. We were in the attic. Would not recommend,needs revamped. Other customers may love this hotel, but its not for us.... read full comment
