Waited 45 minutes for my prescription to be made up, they never have it ready. Online delivery service does not work. Rude staff. Witnessed lots of complaints and errors while I was waiting.

I will never go here again they way thay spoke to my husband is unbelievable he was told there was nothing i went about 30 mins later where i was spoken to the same way unluckily for them im nowhere as near as placed as my husband and whats even more funny is when you speek to them like they spoke to you they are stocked. Its free to be nice.

Moved to Standish Pharmacy....Cohens can't help out a 93 year old woman ....But Standish Pharmacy can....I now feel valued.

This chemist is a joke! Rude reception staff, last week my husband was told nothing there for me, I went in ten minutes later and they rifled through lots of prescriptions I was told abruptly maybe I should order in plenty of time if I have ran out ?? then asked when I ordered them and did I get a text, they were found, the young girl who served my husband was summoned to the pc to be told by the rude receptionist to look properly as they were clearly ordered, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I never write reviews but the customer service here is absolutely horrendous! Going here caused me severe anxiety! I've moved chemist's as I couldn't take being treated so poorly.I've witnessed them speaking to other customers in aggressive tone and I don't know why people still go there.

Sick to death of this place. Can't get anything right and they don't care. Having to go a weekend without very needed medication after ordering it ON TIME and being told it will be done today and then being told it won't.

Well what can I say chaos every time. Went to collect my prescription yesterday (Thur) lady on counter says not ready yet. So I said can I call back at 5pm she says yes that will be better.Had to leave it till today fri 13th as we were stuck in traffic.Went today just before lunch. Chemist was very busyLady on counter who I spoke to yesterday said oh sorry not ready you will have to wait told her it should have been ready at 5pm last night she said who told you that I said you. Ten minutes later I was told it was at pharmacy by Aldi Standish. My husband had problems with the same Lady last week. I think certain staff need more training running front of shop. Lets hope it improves otherwise I'll have to consider moving to another Pharmacy despite it being convenient.

Well this was a very fast and efficient chemist, omg what has gone wrong, tell you over the phone to pick up your prescription, you go in next day to be told its not ready, come back tomorrow or we are having trouble sourcing it. The lady i assume is the manager has a very abrupt almost rude manner.Clearly they can't cope.Yet another service gone to the dogs.

Always order repeats on their own website for delivery. Website gives you a date to expect delivery. EG ordered online Thursday last week, website says expect on Monday. Monday comes and goes so call them Tuesday, they say will be delivered Thursday so full week to process and deliver. Anyway finally agree delivery for Wednesday (today). As of yet not arrived (5.45pm) and they close early on Wednesday's.Previous repeats late, blame the surgery, out of stock. As for fact their own website gives an ETA, at the actual pharmacy they say it means nothing as they don't see it. Something surely wrong with the system.

The staff and the availablity of medication here is so poor I have anxiety about picking a prescription up as I know there will be an issue. It's starts with the rude assistant with out looking up, 'have you got a text' yes why do you think I am here through choice??? Always the 10 minutes whilst they shuffle paper repeating the 'have you got a text' in a disbelieving tone. Then the take a seat, then finally 20 minutes later, we don't have what you need recontact your GP. The staff are so rude!! Don't get me started on the text system, I wish I could change pharmacy but the choice is limited!

I?m fairly sure they just take the phone off the hook! Trying to call to sort elderly father?s prescription. Terrible when you think peoples lives can depend on needing their (correct) medication.

If I could leave zero I would ,my husband and I have just spent 2 hours on the phone and 120Calls trying to rectify a wrong prescription ,no phone can be constantly busy for so long ,we are so annoyed with cohens we are about to change to a different chemist ,for our own sanity

Last 5 prescriptions mismanaged, items missing, not processed, not delivered and 30 min queues to get in. I've now changed my repeat pharmacy to a different one in Standish using the NHS app. Cohens used to be a good local Chemist, now awful.

After waiting for over an hour staff could not find my prescription so it had to be refilled. Staff are never going to be able to find filled prescriptions among the mountain piled up in the pharmacy, someone needs to make changes in the organusation of this once well performing pharmacy.
