Received a reminder for my Covid19 vaccination on Firday 11/10. Had re-arranged my in-office workdays.
I promptly arrived for my 10am appointment only to be told 'the pharmacist is not in and the lochum can only do Flu injections. Very sorry'.
I now have to explain to my employer why I need another window for vaccination - i have no evidence to backup my story as they did not cancel the appointment saving me both time and inconvenience.
Not impressed. Very, very poor experience.
If you can arrange elsewhere I would.
Also, the pharmacy only allows two people at a time into the counter.
I observed elderly people standing outside in the cold.
They should be ashamed to call themselves a health care company!

Wonderful service from the very efficient pharmacist Anwar and his team. Always helpful and friendly. My prescription was dispensed very quickly...the same morning he received it from the doctors surgery.

We have used WELL Huddersfield rd stalybridge for the new service that pharmacists can now provide. Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. No queues to wait in at the walk in and no weeks wait for a GP app. Great service, Thank you.

Went to well chemist for covid boost and flu jab ... all I can say is it's not very private the office if you can call it that fits only one person so had to have the door open while the chemist was full of people...apart from that very polite staff and very clean .

This is a chemist situated alongside entrance to lockside medical centre. Enough parking for all people. You can buy most medical supplies and gifts here. Prescriptions are sent here by lockside via laptop.

Highly disappointed in the way I was spoken to by James the pharmacist the doctor had allocated my prescription and wouldn't give it till I'd had a review and James attitude awful thinking I just expect the prescription that day I know how it works you have to give notice my doctor said it would be ready later that day so rude and unhelpful big massive thumbs down ?
