Visited the store this evening and used the scan and shop for the first time but had a few issues with items not scanning - Tracey who said she had only been there a few weeks was absolutely amazing at helping us sort it out despite being the only one on the busy self service checkout and our shop wasn?t a small one to rescan - She was so lovely and chatted away with us despite it being late and really made us feel better - An absolute star!!!

Refused to serve me despite showing valid id, made me put all products back myself without letting me pay. Felt humiliated having to walk past to put everything back after being refused.

I use this store a lot, in person & online. Usually it?s not bad but recently they?ve been repeatedly sending short dated/wet/soft/damaged/over ripe fruit, veg & salad. This week 3 bags of salad, a bag of oranges and a pack of grapes were all returned - I was left with 2 acceptable packs of tomatoes - not much use on their own.
When people are being charged as much as they are for their shopping, Tesco should at least be sending fresh, undamaged, good quality products.

Apparently you cannot visit twice in one day or you WILL get a £70 parking find.I visited to get a key cut at timpsons stayed 5 mins went back 2 hours later and got a parking find

Very dissapointed with Tesco cafe,
Ordered a cooked breakfast, didn't want Hash Brown's or toast on my order but don't substitute with another item or don't reduce the price.
Suppose it upsets the (AI) breakfast ratio in the kitchens
Having said that if that's what customer service is won't be going again. Can't blame the 2 staff as suppose they will have to do as they are told.

Just been into the new style cafe at Tesco stalybridge I have never felt so disappointed in how things have gone my children and mother like food plain and even though the food that is cooked is plain because the spec sheets issued by Tesco say they have to have it there specific way or not at all

Just want to say a huge thank you to April who works in the phone shop at Tesco. She sorted out my dad's new phone for him and she was so patient and took the time to properly explain everything to him. As well, she wasn't pushy and advised him on what to buy to suit his needs. Outstanding customer service.

There was 7 members of staff all down one aisle , don't know what was down there because I couldn't get down there , some were working but others were chatting , one was checking her phone , I tried another aisle and there was 5 members of staff huddled up I had to ask them to move to get my items . !!

ok store, staff can be a little gossipy at customer services which can be annoying when theres a big queue.
