I visited your store today intending to order a sandwich, and unfortunately, my experience left me quite disappointed. As I began placing my order, the staff member serving me was engaged in a conversation with another colleague and seemed to ignore my attempts to communicate.
When I politely said ?excuse me? to get her attention, she responded abruptly with ?wait, I?m talking,? which came across as very dismissive and rude. The tone and attitude made me feel unheard and uncomfortable in a situation that should have been simple and friendly.
I believe every customer deserves courteous attention, even during busy times, and I hope staff are encouraged to treat everyone respectfully moving forward.

Just got my steak sandwich which supposed to have salad and sauces in it! Well, I paid almost £12 for a small piece of bread with two pieces of meat in it! The bread must be more than 3 days old and the meat so dry!! £12 for just bread and meat ???? If this is not a scam I don't know what is !!!

Staff are so rude so you wouldn?t understand. I?m a delivery driver they make their own rules up. As a customer they are very abrupt never crack a smile cheer up guys. ?

Just had a order with a box salad omg they smothered mayo all over it and I didn't ask for that I asked for sweet onion sauce as i have allergic to MAYO for god sake can no one read. That is my tea complete ruded and or that uber eats can give me is £2.78
If i was not aload mayo why would I flamming order it. They could have contact the subway for another one as if I had eaten any of that it would cost them more than £2.78 back believe me. We even checked the order and it says clearly sweet onion not happy.

I popped into the Subway at the Erso petrol station in Oldham while filling up, as I was quite hungry and didn?t feel like waiting for dinner. The place was very busy, mostly with delivery orders rather than walk-in customers, and you could clearly see the staff were working incredibly hard. It took a bit of time before my order was taken, but that was understandable.
I went for my usual ? a Spicy Italian ? but this time as a wrap, just to try something new. The person serving me was preparing it in a bit of a rush, almost recklessly, but I could tell it was because of how hectic things were behind the counter. Despite the speed, they got everything spot on. The wrap was absolutely stuffed, slightly messy, but in the best way possible ? I think I actually ended up with more fillings than usual, which was a nice bonus.
The food was absolutely delicious. Honestly, it was a bit of a challenge to eat without making a mess, but I didn?t mind at all ? totally worth it. The only downside is that I couldn?t find a toilet anywhere, which would?ve helped since I got a bit dirty eating it. That said, hats off to the team ? they smashed it. Highly recommend this Subway if you?re in the area.

A manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful to staff, and the dark haired lady made me feel uncomfortable when serving.

Reviews are an absolute joke! Ordered online at 9pm when most ingredients would be stale however was really fresh and delivered quickly.
