They too often don't have enough 1p's and 2p's to give the correct change to customers-3 times in the past few weeks for me and a couple of times for other people that I've seen (this has never happened to me in over 20 years at the Spar just across the road). They recently changed some of their prices to make this happen more (small warburtons wholemeal gone from £1 to £1.04) and earlier today the assistant just gave me 5p change instead of the 6p I was owed and turned her back without comment. I had to mention it to her and only then did she say she didn't have enough pennies. They are STEALING from their customers and you can be sure that this extra money in their till is NOT being declared to the Inland Revenue, so they are STEALING from the Govt.I went in recently and noticed that many of their shelves did NOT have a Item label/price label on and neither do the goods on those shelves, so we have no idea how much they should be nor if they are charging the correct prices at the till.EDIT: In the past year the problem of the lack of copper coins hasn't occurred and at least one of their tills still has a customer side till display when paying cash, unlike the Spar shop across the road.

Good community spirit for children and shoppers. They do house deliveries to the old and inferm. Qasim is a very good mannered man who takes an interest in the people in this community IE a Christmas tree for the children.. With fun and games for them. Look at the front window of the shop and it's full of paintings from the community children. This guy goes beyond all the boundaries. He certainly deserves some sort of Accolade for his hard work and effort. Well done Qasim.
