To All property sellersRecently I have invited Hunters Estate agent to valuate my property to put in the market for sale. they have send their valuator next day itself, he hardly spent 2 minutes in the property and send me the valuation amount well below the market value( less than £50000 other agencies valued). being a landlord, my gut feeling ,he was just trying to source the property below market value to some investors. that was the reason he undervalued the property that much. just make sure you get few agencies value your home before any final decision

This was my first time renting a property myself and at a very difficult time in my life. The team at Hunters were friendly and helpful from my initial contact and phone call, right the way through to picking my keys up yesterday. Courtney Tate, the Lettings Manager has been brilliant and extremely helpful answering my many questions ??. I have actually felt excited about moving now for the first time in months and I am so grateful for everything. I absolutely love the flat. We can?t praise Hunters enough , this is the second time we have used them ( Hunters sold our previous home too ) . They are extremely dynamic , approachable and professional . Communication is key for us and they are always at the end of a phone to keep us updated . Carol , Courtney Janet and not forgetting Alex are truly a great team , they really have put us at ease .

From start to finish I thought Hunters were excellent. They quickly agreed to price match another agent, the photos and video were completed quickly and the listing was live very quickly with the house selling within 3 days.I was kept up to date throughout every stage and the communication was excellent. The little goody bag upon completion was a nice touch too.Thank you Hunters and a special mention to Carole who was outstanding all the way along.

Hunters was very quick to response to my request for letting out my properly, very organised and profession, Courtney was my port of call for the legislation and all my paperwork and help closing my personal accounts down, carol and Merissa was also part of the team that helped with organising the viewing and front of house help

Having Sold and Rented property through Hunters in Stalybridge, I have found the team to be excellent. there communication through the whole process was amazing and I was kept up to date at all times. Carole, who sold my house, progressed my sale through to completion and was really approachable and informative. I have also let two of my properties out through hunters using their fully managed package. Courtney was amazing at finding me a tenant and made sure I had everything I needed to be able to rent my property. She organized all my mandatory certificates and chased everything on my behalf and moved my tenants in swiftly. I would 100% use hunters again.

I could not ask for a better experience from the one that the team at Hunters has provided. Courtney, Janet, Carol & Co are all top of the line. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.
