We asked Caroline at Wilsons for a valuation. She was very professional and honestShe gave us a valuation and arranged to take photos extra whilst we were not hereWe contacted Caroline to explain that we wouldn?t be putting the house on the market and she was lovely and wished us all the best.I would thoroughly recommend Caroline if you need an estate agent and I wouldn?t hesitate to use her in the future if the need arises.

Having not bought a property for such a long time, they helped us through the process of buying, they kept us informed when a property that met our requirements came on the market and subsequently arranged viewings at a time that suited all parties. Leanne showed us round the majority of the properties we viewed. Sarah (O?Brian) was our main contact in the office but everybody who we spoke to were really helpful at all stages of the transaction. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who were buying or selling.

Sold my property through A Wilson Estates. We were on the market for less than a week before it sold. Outstanding service from start to finish. The sales team worked relentlessly to push our sale through. We were in a chain of 5 and with them being super proactive throughout the whole process we managed to complete in 12 weeks. They went beyond and above and also were always at the other end of the phone. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
