This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Over the last few months it has been chaos whenever you go in.2 weeks ago my husband went in for me to pick up my prescriptions, they couldn?t find them. I went the following Monday and they were shut due to ?computer failure.?I went to my Drs and it took several hours to get my medication because Well had claimed for it without it having been collected!Today I went to try and sort this out and the door was locked, no sign, doorbell disconnected and I could see 2 members of staff in the back.3 people waiting outside, ignoring calls and knocks at the door.Eventually a member of staff causally walked past and just said ?on lunch? and walked off.Where the hell was the sign?I want your head office details to make a complaint. Not only do you ignore your own opening hours, you fraudulently claim for medication that has not been given out and you are causing unnecessary stress to a heavily pregnant woman who desperately needs her diabetes medication!

Very positive experience with this chemist, staff always very helpful and friendly and although there is usually a wait time it is never too long.
