I've placed an order for collection at 20.40. After arriving at the restaurant to collect my order is not even on the system and I am now waiting for a rush order to be cooked, on my wifes birthday. Also the staff have offered me no hospitality for the inconvenience. Shocking

Visited Bridgend designer outlet Wagamama and was served by Kelly the manager. She has amazing inter personal skills. This visit was by far the most positive experience. I have always had good service and food at Wagamamas. I tried the new Duck noodle dish (51) it was mediocre as it certainly needs more flavour especially as the price tag is £18. needs a little work but chilli squid was way better than normal. The squid was amazing. love this place

Me and my partner recently visited your new restaurant at Chatham dockyard in kent. And not only was the food and atmosphere amazing. You need to know what a true star you have in your employee Megan. She was amazing a ball of positive energy and a true asset to your restaurant. Thank you so much and we will be back very soon

Just visited the new Restaurant in Doncaster, been waiting years to have one here. It didn?t disappoint, great food, drinks and fantastic service. Emma and Leo were lovely, knowledgeable and full of recommendations. Will definitely make this a regular occurrence

A spur of moment visit. Shown to a (sharing) table and given menus. Tried to order cocktails but were told "we have run out" Tried alternative cocktails but again waitress returned saying " we have run out of sachets of those too.." Asked about the food and apparently thats all in pre-made sachets too! We left. So if you like pre-prepared food out of a sachet straight to the microwave or wok then this is the place for you! We went to Botanist a couple of doors away and had a super meal...freshly made cocktails...freshly cooked food...nuch nicer ambience than Wagamama Would I go again?: ...see above

We visited after a theatre show at The Lowry. The restaurant was fairly quiet and we were seated quickly. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. I had beef brisket teriyaki, my daughters had tofu pad Thai and chicken katsu. The food was fairly average. Not a lot of meat in my teriyaki but lots of rice. Too much rice and not enough chicken in the katsu. Too many bean sprouts in the pad Thai. Flavours were a little muted and overall it didn't feel as authentically Japanese as we were hoping. Left feeling full but a little disappointed

Sat down and had to go ask ask for a server to take our order after 15 minutes waiting. As usual food ok. Asked for another Diet Coke and a 10 minute wait. Tried to scan the QR code to pay and only £3.50 came up for the second drink. Thought about doing s runner as not our fault but too honest to do that. Will go to Nando?s next time at the Lowry for a show.

I Like the food at Wagamama but I am very disappointed that I can?t have udon with seafood anymore! It is actually shocking that a chain for Japanese food doesn?t offer decent seafood!!!
