very nice place many shops, sport direct, tkmax, charity shops , parking 3 hours for free, not far McDonald. I recommend this place to everyone.

Visited with my partner over the weekend and got served by two girls who didn?t hide the fact they were giving funny looks to each other whilst we were separately being served. Highly recommend being a bit more discreet with the judgement next time. Unprofessional

Absolutely crap experience if you ask me. We?ve come up from south to see family and we knew that all of the uk based TKMaxx/homesence were dog friendly as we go to a few of ours a lot and the staff are always so friendly and always ask for cuddles with our dog. We walked in and was told we could bring our mini dachshund in as long as we popped her in a trolley which wasn?t an issue. We walked round for a good 15 minutes picking up a few bits of clothing and was starting to feel very uncomfortable as we knew we were being spoken about over the workers ear pieces as they were all looking over with slapped faces to put it bluntly. We were then approached very rudely by a worker and was told that we had to leave because they didn?t want the dog in the shop and there was a notice on the board out front (which we checked and there was not) i politely said that it states online you are dog friendly and that the security guard said it was okay as long as she?s in the trolley. Which she proceeded to argue with us and told us to leave and if we wanted to quickly purchase our items we can. At this point we cut our losses realised they obviously have their own rule regarding dogs and walked out not spending a penny because why would we when we were treated that way.

One of my favourite place to shop. Easy to access. Nice car parking facilities, Friendly staff and of course buying quality items cheaper then main stream shop.
