Staff were bored.
On my visit Thur 9th Jan 18:00.
Staff talked more about the end of the shifts
Guys hiding down the hardware section and the ladies by the customer services (because all tills were closed) sorting out items than serving customers. 1 staff serving and a tiny space to unload and pack.
Retraining urgently needed here from The range Head Office.

Do not go into this shop. Literally it's the worst shop in the world for not pricing products or putting the right prices in front of the product. Everything you pick up doesn't match the description on the label and it causes so much embarrassment going to the tills.
It's been like this for years and is just getting worse.
Other range stores are not like this.

Poorly laid out shop in desperate need of a good merchandiser and staff to make sure the products on the shelves are priced as so many are not! Pretty certain this shop could lose a 3rd of its sales floor and maintain its sales.

I find the prices on the high side, but it's a shop with mixed products and quality merchandise, and a cafe I visit every Sunday with a friend. If you want a bigger item of furniture there is a delivery charge which is disappointing if you only live local.
