Checked in and went to my room. It didn?t feel clean and then I used the bathroom and found a pair of men?s knickers behind the door and poop stains on the toilet cover. It took an hour to change my room and nothing was done to compensate me or make my stay better. They moved me to a floor where the carpets were dirty and the hallway smelled like a hospital. Wouldn?t recommend this place, I felt so disgusting my whole stay in Manchester.Rooms: Rooms are really not clean.Noteworthy details: Dirty carpets that never get vacuumed. Poop stains on the toilet and a pair of men?s knickers left behind by housekeeping. Not hospitable at all.

This is a new low for Hotel experiences. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. As we where checking in a woman was complaining that the room she had been given smelled of cigarettes. The rooms are filled with decerped furniture, our door handle was broken, and the 2 beds are in view of the shower that for some reason has no door. To make matters worse the walls are thin and someone is slamming a door every 15 minutes. Avoid at all costs!

I have stayed at the hotel a few times and never really had any issues but regarding the car parking I have always been told different things. Sometimes it?s free to park sometimes it?s pay to park. However on my last stay the experience was terrible. There was an attempt to rip me off until I found out the prices for the room myself. Then the following morning at 8am a lot of work was being carried out. A lot of loud drilling, hammering to the point it woke me up and my check was at 11 and the work carried. Horrible experience as the hotel should not have the rooms available if they have work going on.

Rooms are very spacious and clean but basic and noisy, could hear people above me walking like they were in the room and muffled talking + traffic. Very hot rooms with no means to regulate temperature through thermostat or AC. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Lovely, spacious, centrally located hotel with great service. The rooms are massive, clean, and felt luxurious with the high ceilings! We especially appreciated the ability to park on the property. Definitely would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, big room and comfortable beds - The perfect stay!Rooms: Large and we'll equippedWalkability: Close walking distance to Deansgate with the added luxury of good value parking!Noteworthy details: The staff went out of their way to print us off an itinerary of everything happening during the Chinese New Year weekend. All round friendly and helpful team that always greeted you with a smile!

Usually hotel rooms which are called double have queen or king sized beds. These are actually UK double beds which aren?t really right for a couple. Room lack character. Completely soulless. Not much of a welcome at reception. Defo not a 4*. Premier inn is miles better. Wish I had booked

Unbelievable service.From booking, speaking to reception about my specials request for A Valentines Saturday Night stay.Wonderful staff helped me with ensuring I was able to check in early, get a parking spot and then leave the hotel like I hadn?t been there so when we came back the other half had no idea what had gone on. Late check out was an incredible addition too.Room was wonderful and spacious.Bar and food was great with it being 24/7 and a range of options.We will be back.Thank you

there's a rooms without windows and there's nothing for a 4* hotelRooms: no windowsFood & drinks: for a breakfast there's only full english breakfast, this is not a breakfast for a 4* hotel
