This place has gone SO down hill in the last 12 months. Presuming new management.Staff are rude and waiting times are shocking.They never have anything in stock. I?ve now requested my prescriptions to go to an alternative pharmacy.

Shocking, I couldn't get through on the phone. I was in a queue for over 2 hours. Finally, I got someone to answer. The prescription I ordered a week earlier was still not ready. They informed me they were still awaiting items to come into stock.

They just don't answer phone how am I suppose to order prescriptitions if they don't answer phone I phone doctors who take it out on you instead of the chemist

This chemist used to be great but since it?s been taken over it?s gash. They never have your prescription ready, always an issue or say they haven?t received it. Never have over the counter stuff that they used to. The staff don?t know what day it is half the time. You just end up stood in a queue with a load of other people who are all moaning about the same issues. Awful place.

I?m a disabled patient who has their prescriptions delivered.Why can you rarely get thru on the phone? It rings and rings and no one answers. I?m expecting the delivery of my prescription and the surgery sent it days ago.

My daughter?s prescription gets sent every month from the doctors I give the chemist a week to deal with it yet when I go to collect it they pass me the prescription and tell me they don?t have it in stock your job is to get prescription and order the medicine if not in stock you are a big inconvenience to people when we give you enough time

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behaviour by ?Jane?. Prior to us walking in Jane was shouting at a customer because they were arguing that their end of life medication wasn?t delivered on time and rightly so, the customer had complained. This ended in the police being called due to the aggression Jane was showing.My wife had arrived after already dealing with her a week before when she said they haven?t got the prescription arguing that we never ordered it, even though we proved it by showing the tracking on the app.Upon returning today, my wife had witnessed what was happening to someone else and asked to speak to another pharmacist, Jane?s reply was ?you?re just like her, you!? And stormed off?Eventually after dealing with a nicer person my wife got her tablets, but over a week late.Will be submitting a formal complaint on this, as it?s completely disgusting for someone to be aggressive with customers for no reason at all.

Disgraceful chemist!! Thank you for giving my prescription medication to someone totally different!!The person who you gave my medication to, knows me and now knows the medication I'm on, thanks for that. Not only have you broken a criminal law, you've broken NHS rules and data protection rules!! Let alone what could have happened if medication was taken by wrong person!!Have changed chemist now, will be using Tesco on Salford precinct!Do yourselves a favour and close yourselves down.

Terrible service phone just rings out no one answers. They really need new management. This isn't the first time either. Going to have to look at another chemist for my prescriptions.

Great pharmacy. Almost always has everything in stock that I need.Staff provide an excellent service , especially Qasim going above and beyond for my request .Would recommend the pharmacy to anyone.

Really helped. Came to pick up my inhalor at night. They saw I was struggling to breathe so fast tracked my prescription so I could take my inhalor.Thank you team Sorrell. You should be proud.
