There is Costomer toilets service at this garage but this service ( Costomer toilets) not available for about 3 months. We can see that nothing wrong with toilet but they keep it ouu of service because they dont want anyone to use it. If they dont want anyone to use toilets then take this service off from it. I m also going to send email to mfg as well.

I am a taxi driver i have been using this petrol station for about 10 years it was the best in every thing but now there is a toilet problem every time I come to use it does say toilet is not working can you imagine a petrol station subway and Greg's inside with no toilet not happy about it

On Wednesday 16/07/25 at about 13:00 we stopped at this petrol station because I don't fill up with any other petrol than Shell V Power. In my opinion, it is the best for my 20 year old Focus. But on a 450 mils long trip you need something more than just fuel. I understand that you want to have the largest possible range of services in such a small space. What I don't understand is why you don't have (and probably won't for a very long time) functional toilets for customers. To put it politely, it threatens human dignity and hygiene and ultimately traffic safety.
I had to seek help literally in an emergency 20 yards away in a hair salon with my disabled wife. I give these girls 5 stars. I can't give you more than 2. If there is one next time, I will choose another petrol station.

Reasonably priced fuel a lot cheaper than other shell garages nearby. However, the staff seemed very miserable, not someone who should be involved with customer service.

Never accepts any parcels, been countless times to be turned away every single time. Staff are consistently unarsed. Shoutout to Shell, Eurogarages and ASDA Express for providing such a low quality of customer service at this garage. Stick this on your web form.

Every time I go into this garage and a gentleman called kashif is working he has some excuses not to take yodel parcels ,the manger (refused to give his name)said they can only take 2 .which is not true,as the young lady the day before took 5 (I had 4today )terrible customer service will not be going into this garage give my customer somewhere else apparently Asda have now taken over

The price what they show on the bord is not what you pay it say £1.52 for Diesel but when you star to pubm it is 1.68 what a joke

Never use this place as COLLECTION POINT! Parcels has got STOLEN/GONE MISSING for a few times. INCOMPETENT manager refused to release CCTV footage despite the fact that Collect plus+ and Yodel made an official request. The staff only insisted they hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for missing parcels. AVOID at all cost!
