Closest supermarket to me so go there a lot but never been impressed by the experience. Self checkouts are glitchy especially when trying to redeem Nectar 'coupons', staff seem to have no idea where they even are let alone how to help you with anything. Store layout is really strange, difficult to find a lot of items and changes constantly. Never well stocked no matter when you go.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Neil who worked yesterday (~2pm, 06.08.2025) restocking the veg aisle. I asked for availability of scotch bonnet chillies, which weren't on the shelves and he found us later on to hand the new delivery to us. Thank you! What a great customer service :)

Many times me and my wife noticed that the item that are ?discounted? with a nectar membership isn?t actually when you scan it the discount doesn?t come up and you have to tell somebody of the store to do it manually for you to apply the discount.. so be careful with these scammers .. especially when you buy a lot of staff you may not notice the discounts aren?t being applied so it?s fake strategy really to attract customers ..
