Dan was very helpful and professional, helping me choose the right car and getting different quotes for the various models to make sure I got the best deal for the right car. He kept me in the loop with everything and updates from the car delivery, sorting the handover on time and helping me get into the new car. Very positive experience. Jack was fantastic. I have a cherished number it would be nice if you did the paperwork for that number (me paying) so the transfer is complete on the day of collection. Other than than a very good experience, we have purchased two cars.

Visited on a Saturday to view a car, Chris was fantastic and explained financing options thoroughly. We decided to proceed with the purchase and this was handed over to Adam, as Chris was off the following week. By Tuesday we were in the car. Both Adam & Chris were fantastic, they didn't try to push products that we didn't want, and they were extremely informative and kept us up-to-date throughout the purchase. Excellent service.

Popped in to look at a car I'd seen online, however discovered it was no longer available. Matt came to the rescue and found a very similar model, which after a pain free process I test drove and fell in love with. Within a few days, the car had been serviced, valeted and was ready to pick up.Matt was a pleasure to deal with (even kept smiling after I discovered how sensitive brakes are on modern cars!), knowledgeable in all aspects with no high pressure tactics and helped me through fitting the car within my budget.

Had my new Duster in to have a spare wheel cradle fitted, spoke with Mollie who know all about it had the paperwork ready, asked if they could check another issue for me which Mollie sorted and got the mechanic to come and explian what he had done / found.Mollie was very polite, friendly and helpful.
