My wife ordered Pizza via Uber app and was advised collection at 18:11. The ETA kept changing until it got to 19:20. So I called Pizza Express and spoke to the Manager.He told me the order was picked up by the driver 15 minutes again and the driver must have decided not to deliver and steal the pizza.He said that he have another pizza made and re-deliver.The pizza arrived and it was cold and the ticket on the bag stated collect at 18:11.The pizza was not a fresh pizza as would not be that cold within a short delivery.More like the pizza was the original one not collected at 18:11 and instead of making a new pizza the sent the original one.Very disappointed with the pizza and explanation from the Manager.

We'd booked a table for 4pm but after a 400 mile drive from Kent actually arrived at 3 and even though they were extremely busy they fitted us in early. Great service.Dietary restrictions: Very good gluten free options

After an excellent experience at Salford Quays with my family. I thought it was only right to emphasise how good it was. One word for our waiter, outstanding. Harry could not do enough for us. My two kids were besotted with him, he really engaged with them which my husband and I both appreciated. Even thought it was extremely busy, he was brilliant. Overall experience. 100000/10. I would definitely recommend. Thank you, Harry for making our once in a lifetime trip so memorable.

The renovation looks fantastic, really nice atmosphere and music. Very quick service and lovely,friendly staff. New menu has loads of choice and everything was delicious... great pizza express on the quays!

God I love this place, the Americana pizza is unmatched as a classic. The place is so stunning. We were served by Ethan and Dan who were the loveliest servers ever. Such a great meal!

Visiting with a fairly large group on Thursday evening. I wasn?t expecting the best but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the service here. All the staff were super friendly and accommodated some potentially annoying requests with ease, plus the service throughout our visit was both fast and truly attentive. The food was exactly as you?d expect from the chain but there was nothing to complain about in terms of presentation or portion sizes.Toilets are upstairs which might not prove to be the most convenient for some people but at least they were clean and with the brilliant staff it ended up being a great evening. No complaints at all and would happily return for a casual evening meal.

We visited the restaurant as a birthday treat for my Grandson. Upon entering the restaurant we was greeted by a lovely young man who showed us to our table. From then on our visit went downhill. The lady came to take our order...she had a grim expression on her face . She actually made us feel as if we should apologise for being there ! We ordered and my husband was last to order he actually said to her has it been a bad day to which she replied yes it had ! As this was a birthday treat I approached her at the computer . I said excuse me but do you think you could try a little smile and be a bit more amiable as it is my Grandsons birthday and you made us feel uncomfortable as you was a bit rude to which she turned to me and told me how rude I was and she would refuse to serve us. She came over to our table and started asking the table next to us was she rude they were most embarrassed by her behaviour . I asked to speak to the manager which she told us she was. We asked for her name Gabriella ...my daughter took my Grandsons outside. Perhaps she should take a leaf out of the polite young man that showed us in. Her behaviour was abominable. We left and went to Pizza express in Piccadilly gardens where they were absolutely lovely. I would not recommend this Pizza Express at all. If Gabriella is the manager perhaps she should go on a customer service course at Piccadilly Gardens for them to show her how to behave. A smile costs nothing Gabriella.

I only wish these places would provide the food on hot plates so it stays warmer longer. Otherwise the venue was great and the food ok.

It was good, just a bit overpriced. The pizza was £15,95, it was big but really thin?thinner than a typical Italian pizza. Service and atmosphere were great.

They have pizzas, dough balls etc, takeaway or dine in, pizza?s are the best as I?m gluten intolerant and always come here for a bite to eat.
