Animals in this store are not given enough space. Their enclosures are dirty and not adequate at all. Gerbils were scratching at the glass trying to escape. Have serious concerns about this place. Pets At Home should be ashamed. This is serious neglect.

Very good selection of food/houses and toys for my pet rats. We visit almost daily as they are very well stocked and the staff are wonderful full. But thanks to Alfie for helping us buy some stuff and providing us with leaflets when the stock was empty.

Visit this store quite allot since i have Guniea Pigs, Staff are always really freindly and helpful. Moreso than other stores iv visited. Alfie helped me and my partner on the Monday but iv also delt with plenty of other freinly staff. one man with long black hair helped me a couple weeks back. Great staff.

Had a great visit to Pets at Home. Manasa the vet was lovely ? really friendly, gentle with my cat, and took the time to answer all my questions. Made the whole thing feel really reassuring. The admin team were also fab, helpful and kind even though I didn?t catch their names. Thank you!

It was a fun day out but they have a groomers there and I saw a very disturbing looking poodle, it looks like a cloud walking on sticks which reminded of my parents divorce so I started crying obviously and one of the workers tried to comfort me but he was bald and the light shining from the window reflecting off his smooth shiny slimy head hit me in the eyes and now I am shortsighted. disturbing...
A tried to caress his bald beautiful head but he groomed me instead.
