Heartbreaking. I had fish tank for over 5 years, mature plants and fishes then decided to add some tetras from Pets at Home. 2 weeks later all fishes were covered with white spot, I got treatment straight away but could not save any of them. All my fishes old and new died. I so regret buying fish from there. All my family is heartbroken. We loved them so much.

A bit pricey, but owning animals is. It's got everything you could need for your pet, plus it has a vetinary surgery at the back, which essentially makes it a one stop shop.

Come here semi-regularly for rodent supplies. Haven't generally found the stock levels vary, and sometimes there is little stock, yet when fully stocked, there is a great range of items. Glad to see wooden exercise wheels now on offer too.Staff generally are hit or miss in terms of customer service.Andy, however deserves a shout out for being helpful, lovely, and patient. Always a pleasant experience when Andy is on the tills.

On the day that I visited, they didn't have any mice or rats in stock, and I snatched the last bag of bark for my snake Jessssica. The staff were nice.

Good friendly place. staff very helpful, I tend to go off peak (after 9am ) plenty of free parking. Other shops around as well could spend 90mins there easily without noticing.
