Not a positive experience. Only one member of staff serving customers so had to queue. When the cashier became free I went to the counter, she said 'can you give me a minute'. I was happy to oblige and just checked messages on my phone. She then loudly and abruptly said 'next time can you wait until you're called over'. It wasn't what she said but how loud and abruptly it was said. I noticed other customers turned and looked over. Not good. I responded that I rarely visit the branch anyway. Certainly the experience didn't encouraged me to visit more often if ever again.

I had such a lovely help session with Jane this afternoon. I had some queries about ISAs and just didn't really have any idea what I was doing so I booked in to speak to someone and she was so incredibly kind and patient, explaining everything, helping me set everything up whilst making sure I understood it all properly. Would highly recommend, thank you so much Jane!

I?m very happy that I?m nationwide costumer, but not happy with this branch at all as they never helped me with my enquiries, today i asked for my bank statements but they didn?t give me, so i had to go manchester to ask for it and they accepted that,I really hope this branch improves its services as the staffs are lovely and polite and very good atmosphere but never helpfull
