Sophie and Emma were so helpful! I come in in my lunch hour always super quiet service and these two offered to fill my drinks and get cutlery / sauce for me :)

Stayed in premier inn media city 5 mins walk away , staff friendly and welcoming , seated quickly , and food arrived and was very nice .

We got turned away and told it?s over 1 hour wait because tables need to be cleared and cleaned. I understand they were busy but turning away custom because staff haven?t cleared a table is very poor management.

We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were given the option of several tables. We ordered on the app and it was pretty easy. My friend had the chicken burger and I ordered the Rainbow bowl. My friend loved hers , but I was not fussed on mine, just personal taste. Throughout our time there, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We regularly visit Nando?s in Salford on our way home from the gym as a little treat. Food is always great and the staff are so lovely and friendly, Josh served us today and he was great and even sat us on our favourite table! Can?t wait to return ??????????

Have ordered a takeaway from here twice and both times we have been missing several items and it is near impossible to get money back, staff need to be checking the bags before giving them to the drivers!

63 of use went today and I was blown away how friendly the managers and staff were. If you want a corporate event then this is the place to go. We pre-ordered, they were brilliant at arranging menus and orders in advance. When we arrived we were seated promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful and the staff really amenable. Great value and super value, see you again next Christmas x

Have always enjoyed the food at Nando?s and have never been disappointed until last night. After ordering our food and drinks via the QR code on the table as directed we were given our drinks in good time but had quite a wait for the food. Where we were seated we had a good view of the serving area and noticed there were so many food plates mounting up but not being taken to tables. When our food was eventually served to us some said it didn?t taste good, mine was dried out as if it had been kept under the heat for way too long. The brocolli however was cold , tasteless and looked different to the other servings of brocolli around the table. I asked if my dinner could be changed due the chicken and mash being dried out and the broccoli just looking sad. I was given a dirty look by the server and saw her rolling her eyes to another member - I received what looked just like the original food ages later but at that stage was just so hungry I?d have eaten anything. It was not like any of the Nando?s I?ve had previously. I?d describe the service as chaotic and slow and it slightly marred our family get together.

Paid for delivery - got charged £6.50 just for that. Ordered ?half? a chicken - what got delivered was a ridiculous small leg. For the amount they charge you?d expect bigger portions. They seem to keep increasing the prices while decreasing portion sizes . Wouldn?t use again

Excellent food and service for a great lunch with good fresh food! The orders were taken swiftly, with consideration for a person with gluten issues, food was superb and fresh. The manager was attentive and an all round great experience - thanks

Excellent location next to water front. Easy ordering via QR code. Food delivered quickly, hot and delicious. Was a little worried as can?t book a table but large restaurant and plenty of tables.
