They offered gluten-free options, which was a big plus for us. The gluten-free pizza crust was thin, crispy, and didn?t taste any different from regular pizza. Fantastic choice for anyone with dietary needs!

The customer service here is fab. Two chips got accidently dropped on the floor when my daughter got given her plate and they gave her a full bowl of chips. I also ordered a salad with pulled chicken and I wanted breast and they changed this for me no questions asked, even though it was my mistake.
Food was lovely, lovely atmosphere.

I had such an outstanding experience at Nando?s from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what truly made it unforgettable was the exceptional service ? especially from Cayo.
Cayo was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It?s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so looked after and valued as a customer. Cayo?s positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made the visit so special.
The food, as always, was amazing ? perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and served piping hot. But it was the outstanding service that made this visit the best Nando?s experience I?ve ever had. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and Cayo brought that extra touch of care and joy that made all the difference.
Huge thanks to the whole team, and especially to Cayo ? you?re a star! I?ll definitely be back soon.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out to Zee at Nando?s. I was welcomed with a smile and served with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
You can really tell she takes pride in what she does. Whether it's recommending the perfect spice level or making sure the table is clean and the food comes out piping hot, the service is consistently top-notch. It?s that kind of attention to detail and positive energy that keeps me coming back.

Worst experience ever had to wait 1 hour and the staff had no communication with us to serve us burnt food after and 1 and 15 minute wait.

Did a takeaway order. The food was good perfectly credit to the chefs where due! Dispatch time and delivery was great with food still warm and tasty! Will be returning! Only downside is no napkin / sauce in the bag as usually I do receive them from other nandos. And no cutlery aswell

Myself and my 11th year old niece planned to go to the Trafford center Nando?s. We had to take a detour due to gridlock on M60 and headed to White City Retail Park - Nandos. Our usual order of butterfly chicken wasn?t available so we went for boneless thighs. Although this seemed disappointing initially, we really enjoyed our meal. I?d like to point out Kayo?s customer service, a welcoming and friendly young man. He took the time to chat to us and make us feel welcome. He explained we could buy perinaise bottles rather than the £1 pot. I wasn?t previously aware of this. His friendly manner made us feel really welcome. On the way home I asked my niece if she enjoyed her food and her response was ?I enjoyed it, even though they didn?t have butterfly chicken Kayo made it a nice expereince didn?t he?? which I thought was lovely. So thank you very much White City Retail Park- especially Kayo. A very pleasant young man ? unfortunately I didn?t retain my receipt. We came around 5pm and was seated at table 27.
