Visited here on a Thursday at 6pm and the place was extremely busy, we got a table straight away and ordered our usual, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and you know what you?re getting with Nando?s, we did have to wait 30 minutes for our food but the place was almost full and people waiting for tables, would recommend.

Chicken was grilled long enough. Also , this is the only Nandos that serves fries in a separate pot. I prefer everything on the plate. Also, some of the sauces were missing. Service was good.

Busy restaurant but it was tidy and service was generally fast.

On arrival we were told 60% of the menu was out of stock. All we could order chicken wise was the butterfly. Me and my partner both got one with sides. As the food arrived a server came over asking if we were done with our sauces so she could take the lids to clean while holding a blue dishwasher tray over our food. We hadn?t even picked up our cutlery yet and they weren?t closing for an hour and a half. As we cut into our chicken we saw it was undercooked towards the centre. We work in the food industry we understand. My partner took them back and they said they would remake. A server came back over and said nothing was wrong with them at all but we could either have a refund for them or wait 30 minutes because all the chicken was still frozen. She was extremely rude considering the chicken was undercooked which is why I took photos as you can clearly see. Place seems disorganised and wasn?t the only food we saw being sent back while we were there along with people complaining about wait times.

We never even got in, opening time says 11.30, we were still standing in the rain at 11.45 when a staff member opened the door, not to let us in, but to talk to someone they knew and to inform us CUSTOMERS they won't be open for another ten minutes!! You can stick your chicken ? we won't be doing Nando's again.

We just had a take away but the atmosphere in Nando's is generally good, the food was ready bagged up. We tried the gravy for the first time and it is delicious ?

Food is amazing and was served very quickly,
The customer service was on point and very attentive, especially , Aaron he was very friendly and professional and greeted me with a smile which is always welcoming.

This is the best place in the whole entire world! I came here at 17:20PM at 28th May 2025 on table 12. Ordered, 5 minutes later l got my food. It was so good. Would come back again Crown Point!

There were no issues with the food, the usual nandos food.
The amount of time it took for the food to arrive was the issue. We waited close to an hour, and this was after I went to ask them at around 30 minutes why it was taking so long. Turns out they forgot our order and hadn't even started to cook it yet.
Was the quietest I've seen it, so no excuses that they were busy either.
Very disappointing service. No apology. Won't return to this branch again.

The food is your standard Nando's food, but for some reason this branch always takes too long to bring your food to you.
Even when the restaurant itself isn't busy, food takes longer than needed. I've had them forget to make my order on 2 separate occasions.
I would probably avoid this branch, seems pretty badly run vs others in the area.

Visited Nando?s this evening and whilst there was a slight issue with food missing, the manager Darren was the most helpful person I have come across! We completely get mistakes happen but he ensured everything was sorted swiftly and was lovely to deal with! He?s an asset to the store. Will definitely return

Raging ordered my child food to open it and there is no chicken in the pitta just lettuce and mayo and the woman on the phone is trying to tell me that she was on the grill at the time and she doesn?t understand how there is no chicken on it so I must be lying and trying to get a £6.50 refund absolutely raging
