One of the worst McDonald's where I've ever been.
Long waiting times, staff do not care about customers, always someone complains about their low-quality services and on the last visit, I've seen someone in Kitchen cooking with his hair uncovered.
Better drive to another in the area

The chips were cold, the onions looked chunky and looked like they'd just been thrown together, I know it was late at night but I'm paying over £11 for a meal I expect it to be presentable.

We had a very bad experience with breakfast we just ordered 4 egg muffins on drive thru and they made us wait for 30 mins to give the order. Not sure what is the point of drive thru. Very bad, I would recommend to go to other places instead of wasting your time here.

The workers are so slow in this branch. Like zombies. Found hair in my burger aswell as being hard as a rock. Had to drive back to the branch where the manager made another one but it took half an hour out of my journey and then waiting long again in the queue. Won?t be coming here again.

Here we go again. I don't know why I gave late night Macdonalds another go. Reasonable burger and coffee, BUT... literally 40 minutes from ordering on the germ covered touch screen to getting a standard burger and a drink . Poor staff seemed to have no clue what the products were coming off the production line and my colleague's burger was cold. We took it back to the poor staff and the manager suddenly appeared. She would not issue a refund. When asked what was going on, the response was "I don't have a effing clue" . She was correct .

Nice restaurant for fast food. Can get very busy at peak times. Drive through gets busy also.
