From few weeks I'm drinking grimace shake and was very nice. Tonight 15 min ago actually I ordered again. Was full white instead of purple. I asked the woman what's going on and she said in the middle is grimace.. are u kidding me? I didn't ordered middle grimace shake. Absolutely ridiculous and very rude of u. She was very rude!

The food is awful. I can't believe they provide such bad food. It's not even presentable. Plus the fillings are sooo less. There's barely anything inside. Even if I buy a big burger worth £5 there's barely anything in it.

I visited drive-through this afternoon and had an excellent experience, thanks to a staff member who was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe their name was either Henry or Harry, and I just wanted to give him a big compliment for their great service!
