I can?t speak highly enough of the treatment I have received from Louise. I have suffered with PCOS symptoms since my late teens. I have been terribly ashamed and aware of my hair growth on my face and body. This is something that has controlled my life and my life decisions. It has affected me mentally and has lowered my confidence.Throughout the years I have been prescribed hair thinning cream from my GP, free laser treatment from the NHS (only 10 sessions on the face) and I have even received laser treatment before now. However, none of the above has worked for me and the cost has been a hindrance.I did my research and decided to choose Louise for laser. This has been a life changer. I am confident, less self conscious about my hair and feel I have took some control back with my life.I am confident in the swimming pool, during the daytime in bright light and much more. I can?t thank Louise enough, the hairs are so thin now I can barely see or feel them. Most have gone and I would imagine I only have a few sessions left before I move on to my maintenance sessions.Please if you have PCOS and suffer book in.Thank you for giving me my life back.

Louise is the only person I trust with my lashes. Thankfully I found Luma not long after moving to Manchester 2+ years ago. Everybody is always so complimentary about my lashes and she does them exactly how I like. The salon is gorgeous and Louise makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable, she is a total professional, reliable and super skilled.Don't walk.... run to Luma, you will be so happy you did!

I have been going to Louise for over a year now and have the services of hybrid lashes and laser treatment in 2 areas. I can?t recommend Louise enough, she?s so lovely, professional and reliable. She?s also like my therapist I look forward to catching up every time I go. I receive comments on my lashes all the time and really impressed with my results after laser. Fully recommend

Louise is the most knowledgeable and friendly gem of a lash lady to ever grace Greater Manchester. My lashes are thin, light, white and sparce and Louise has managed to create a full beautiful set that stays in for weeks and weeks. I get compliments on them practically every day. Not only that, but I look forward to the appointments because she's so lovely to talk to.I'm a tiny bit worried that she's going to get fully booked up pretty quickly as she's so good, so I didn't really want to write a raving review, haha!
