Staff and food are fine, but out of office hours, place turns into a youth club with no adult supervision. Plenty of tables, but does that mean staff don't need to clean them?

Wow. It's rare I've entered a fast food joint so filthy! Greasy scraps on furniture, litter all over the floor. Ordered food and collected a table number in the mistaken belief that this may lead to table service. No, the staff here have learned that glaring over the counter and aggressively yelling the order number will eventually cause starving clientele to collect their own food. The only good thing was the food was super hot and portion size reasonable. Can see why folks are getting deliveries or drive through from here. Recommended if you enjoy consuming your food in a rubbish skip like environment.

Order food through Just eat. Half of the order not received even though took full payment. Tried to call Salford KFC not even picked up the phone. Happened it before as well. So please check your items before you leave the

If I could I would give this KFC 0 starts as I went today at 21.25pm and got told "we don't have any more chicken"......ARE YOU FOR REAL!!!!????? you are a chicken fast food company that has no chicken!?!?! Never again.....

This is the second time I have ordered from this KFC and there has been items missing from my order. There is no way to call the store as they do not answer their phone and I have to get an Uber to go there to get what is missing from my order. What is so hard about double checking your order that are being delivered. On this order I am missing four fries and a mash potato. This is ridiculous.

Chips are always soft. You can know what the previous customer ordered from the desks and chairs. Bin is always full. I won't blame the staff there, they are very hardworking and competent. It would be better if there are one more staff for cleaning.

Waited for 30 mins in the drive Through. I was at the order point 15 mins and had to eventually knock on the glass before anyone answered intercom to take my order. The manager Atique said he'd only been there 2 wks. I said I've been 3 times to drive through and had to wait 25-30mins each time. I said I wanted to put in a complaint as service wait was shocking and poor. He said he'd worked at KFC 15 Yr and that he doesn't care if I complain, he doesn't want me as a customer again and that he will come to my store and see me there. I said is that threat? He said I'll see you there. I said your customer service skills as a manager are poor telling a customer who's waited 30 min that you don't want them to come sgain as customer just because they had a complaint to raise. Atique was rude, threatening and blamed the customer for making a complaint. He needs to be re-trained as a manager and learn customer service skills urgently as they are shocking.

Fast food this is not. Unless your an uber driver don't bother going waited over 30 min for the chicken wings I ordered with meal and ended up leaving with out them as all I kept getting told was 5 more minutes as evertime some came out they went to an uber order. No apologies, no refund. Very bad experience will stick to Trafford Centre in future

Shocking. More things wrong with the order than right. 4 items missing from the order. 1 item was cold, one was smashed to pieces. One portion of chips was only half a portion. Please contact me to give us a full refund.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with KFC. Food is highly salted and not suitable for eating, and freshness of the chicken god knows when was it cut and prepared.

This KFC never fails to disapoint. I've visited this restaurant 3 or 4 times in the last 5 years, usually when i'm coming back from work late, dont have time to cook at home, and always when I've forgotten how awful it was the previous time. Every single time I've visited this branch, tables are littered with old meals, dirty trays, food crumbs, serviettes all over the floor. It genuinely seems the service staff and the management just don't want their customers to dine in a clean restaurant. Last time I visited, every single table was dirty, smeared in old food and staff stood around servicing drive through orders whilst the restaurant was littered with rubbish and filthy. When I asked why it was so dirty, I was met with a shrug of the shoulders and a dismissive smirk. This brand has fallen so far from the nice and professional place it used to be in the last 90s and early 2000s. I can only imagine the health and safety horrors that lurk behind the counters in the kitchen. Head office need to shut this branch down, it really is an awful place run by dirty staff who care nothing for their customers or even the most basic food hygiene.
