DPD Delivery Drop Off Point - have had my parcels delivered here for over a year and all of a sudden now they decide they have cut off times for collection on a Sunday. Never happened before 9/10 I collect on a Sunday because that when I am available and have never had a problem before. Usually a gentleman serving who seems to be the general manager of sorts who is friendly accommodating and helpful. New female reception staff are rude, unhelpful and quite frankly don't want to do the DPD side of the job. Don't be a delivery point if you don't want to deal with the service of it, I presume as a business there is financial gain from being a DPD drop off point so you would think they would want to work for it. Absolutely inconvenient that I now have to come again for my parcel to be greeted with the same poor reception.

Room was very dated. Like something from 80?s. Wood chip wallpaper. Someone had picked their nose and wiped it on the wall, but not been cleaned off. Looked like it had been there a while. The bathroom was half clean, with a disgusting smelly shower curtain and half a roll of toilet paper. TV worked on about three channels. Now this stuff I can put up with, but what I can?t deal with is dirty smelly pillows and foisty washed bedding. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I had to use the spare bath towel they gave me, to lay it over the pillows to sleep on. The carpet was also filthy. Not acceptable really. I couldn?t wait to check out in the morning. Believe the 1 star reviews, don?t believe the 5 star reviews on here and if you payed more than £20 for night here, you have been robbed. Do yourself a favor, if you do stay here make sure you shower before you set off, you?ll need to ! or better still, give this place a miss!

Easy check in, very cheap, clean. Simple and no fuss! Bed wasn?t very comfy but nothing dire.

This hotel is linked to a website called embermoon which I'm pretty sure is a scam not sure if it's a victim of a location fraud or what but it's very dodgy

Great place been a few times only thing you now have to pay for parking which yes is cheap but when you book a hotel you shouldnt have to pay to park also

DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS! They are left by people who were asked to leave positive reviews in exchange for money. I would not trust these scammers who resort to ILLEGAL methods such as this.
