Customer service in the shop is non-existent. Blinds took 3 weeks to come which wasn’t bad to be honest, the service from the lady behind the counter on the other hand was. Not a smile to be had. Collected the blinds today of which I ordered beading to go with them. Once I’d got home and unpackaged them, no beads. This...

Absolutely disappointed fitted the blind one has slats missing .another has no open n close mechanism on it n the other doesn't sit properly on the window sill .been trying to get this sorted for weeks now n still not bk to sort it ....
