I would score 0 with the way the mistreat customers, had fraud on my account and was made to feel like I?m the criminal, didn?t want to help, the guy came out chewing on an apple and immediately tried to pass me off to a different queue when I?d been waiting 30 minutes, I was there crying as I need to get this sorted and had already been into the branch previously to sort this. I deal with people finances and I would never treat someone the way I have been treated, if someone was tense due to them owing a large sum of money then you need to be sympathetic and empathetic and most importantly HELP them, these staff here have none of that.

Shocking I have to drive to Salford when they have shut the Swinton one and Walkden doesn't open Sat to remove a person's name so I can switch accounts to another provider well done Halifax ??

Went in this morning to to activate an old account, staff were very helpful and polite, & best thing about this branch u can use the car park right outside the bank, and it?s free parking up to 3 hours

Very rude and arrogant the person at the cashier. All because I didn't unlock my pin where I got my new bank card. Where in the past you didn't had to. I'll go somewhere else
