I was sent a tracking number for my order without indicating the carrier. It has been a week now and no news from any carrier nor from my order. When I call DOMU they don't reply. It is a scam

Stay away from this company, red flag from start to finish. Ordered an aircon that simply did not work. Initiated a refund and they booked DPD to collect the faulty product. They subsequently cancelled the collection then tried to charge me to re book the collection. Finally managed to send the product back and am refunded the wrong amount. Only after I queried this did I get the full amount, with generic waffle as to why it wasn't the full amount to start with. This company has terrible customer service, phonelines never open to actually talk to someone, delays in replying to messages and scammy behaviour throughout.

After discovering a wrong part in a cabinet we bought i contacted you with details and within a few hours a response from you with a offer to replace the missing items straight away and within 24 hours replacement items on the way.

Had a problem with a remote control unit, emailed them and within a day they replied and have sent me a new one. Fantastic customer service. If only more businesses were like this.

One of the worst experiences of a company I have had. Ordered a bbq and it came damaged and missing a part. It has since taken them over 3 weeks to arrange for this to be collected. They are horrendous at keeping in contact and quite clearly have different people responding to emails at different times so they are never consistent with what is being said.
I would advise to avoid at all costs. Will never be using this company for anything in the future and have advised anyone I know to avoid.

Just purchased a Vonhaus artificial grass sweeper it looked good and so was the price. When it arrived it was well packed and easy to assemble and works great it has really made our grass look like new again. I would like to say a big thanks to the customer support team for sorting the delivery issue out when Evri failed to deliver it was sorted quickly.

Awful service. Took 3 weeks to get an item ordered for next day delivery. Requested to raise a complaint and I was ignored on multiple occasions. Received the item which was then faulty. No contact number to call and the email service is infuriating. AVOID!

I received a faulty item, but the issue was dealt with promptly and I was sent a replacement quicker than expected. I was genuinely quite shocked when I got home from work today and the replacement item had already been delivered. I've never been more satisfied having initially received a faulty product. Sincere thank you to the team. 5-star review very much deserved.
