I was sent a tracking number for my order without indicating the carrier. It has been a week now and no news from any carrier nor from my order. When I call DOMU they don't reply. It is a scam

Stay away from this company, red flag from start to finish. Ordered an aircon that simply did not work. Initiated a refund and they booked DPD to collect the faulty product. They subsequently cancelled the collection then tried to charge me to re book the collection. Finally managed to send the product back and am refunded... read full comment

After discovering a wrong part in a cabinet we bought i contacted you with details and within a few hours a response from you with a offer to replace the missing items straight away and within 24 hours replacement items on the way. Can't fault the customer service
