Some of the staff here need an attitude adjustment, particularly the young girl with frizzy blondish hair. We were in with a couple of children who were meeting up to celebrate their birthdays before starting back at school, and she spent the entire length of our visit just staring and glaring at us while making snide comments about little children. Complete bullying attitude, this isn?t the first time either. Don?t work in a customer facing role if you can?t handle the general public, could understand if the kids were misbehaving but they were just sat giggling!

From a seating perspective this is one of the better Costa Coffees. It more of the "good seats", you know the ones, big and comfy, seats four to six people but usually hogged by just one person.
Food choice was a bit limited on our visit today, but was good.
But, I've said this over and over, they never keep on top of clearing and cleaning the tables.
Still my favourite coffee shop, despite the fact that I don't like coffee! ?

This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. This is the one if you want your moneys-worth!
The staff work hard keeping the queue moving and the very fact the cafe is always packed shows how popular the place is.

The service was rushed, but this could have been down the the shop being busy, but I qas at the front of the que for 10 mins before and server acknowledged me which was massively frustrating as all I was getting was cold drinks. The table out was dirty really bad I had to use some wipes of my own and put the trash in the bin. Could have been a much better experience.
