The toilets were horrible, there was no soap available. How is this acceptable in a place that serves food??

Last visited: local of mine, so usually few times a week.Friendly and helpful staff. Can get rather busy during events in the area.Similar to other Costa Coffee.

A great branch of Costa. The staff are incredibly nice, polite and genuinely understand the meaning of customer service.The one main problem with this branch is that despite its location in MEDIA city, its almost impossible to use media as this, ironically, has the worst Internet connection out of all the Costas I visit.... read full comment
