Awful customer service - old lady was swearing so loud and not helping and she?s very rude and a boy named mckenzie was unhelpful. I don?t know who hires disrespectful staff members.

The worst service in my life. A young blonde girl and a young guy, completely uninterested in helping the customer. We had to suggest solutions. After checking the shoe size, the guy went to the back to look for them, then came back and without a word to us started doing something else. I approached him to ask what about the shoes I was waiting for and he just said that they were out of stock, although they were in the system and left. We were shocked. I asked the girls behind the counter if they could be somewhere in the store, to which she replied that I could look for them myself. Total ignorance and lack of culture.

I?ve experienced poor customer service here and there, but not enough to leave a bad review. However, this time the service in this Clarks store was soo poor I have no choice but to leave my first ever bad review anywhere. The service I received isn?t even worth the 1 star but there?s no option to choose 0. There were no apologies from this staff and she didn?t even realise what had happened. She wouldn?t give me her name and was just crouching down at the counter area looking at something. I don?t know if there was a phone there or a counter screen but I didn?t bother checking. There was not once a smile or even a ?Hello? when I approached her. This member of staff certainly needs extra training.
I have relied on Clark?s shoes for my children for the past 10 years, but yesterday we ended up in John Lewis purchasing a pair of good quality Start Rite shoes instead, and the excellent service from the John Lewis staff was worth the extra cost.

Very good place for buying Clarks Outlet. Fair prices. Parking could be a problem over weekends. So worth considering going Monday to Friday.

Met with Michael and Thandi at the Clark?s in the Lowry Salford Quays branch - they were both very knowledgable and helped us make the right choices for our toddlers - nothing was too much trouble- many thanks, from very satisfied parents

My biggest issue is with one of your staff members, Roxanne R. She's not polite at all, her eyes always on the phone behind the counter while waiting to be acknowledged and not even reply for a hi or hello. Training must be provided to have the minimum basics of how to work in customer service. This is the second time when I leave the shop with a bitter experience.

The customer service I received from Leah was outstanding. I was looking for boots as I was visiting from NZ. As it is Spring here in UK there were little on display. Leah heard me talking and offered to bring a selection to try on that were in the stockroom. I found the perfect pair and Leah was so patient and kind throughout. Great shopping experience, thank you so much Leah!!
