WORST BURGER EXPERIENCE EVER!!
These guys are clowns. Tried to tell me it?s 20p per ketchup sachet (the tiny ones), only filled my drink to the 3/4 line (with a ton of ice) and told me that?s new policy, served me possibly the worst burger ever made, & then tried to short me with a small cold fries when I paid for a large. What a joke. & they wonder why McD?s crushes them. ? ??

I recently visited this store, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the manager, Shayne.
From the moment I walked in, Shayne made sure that my experience was top-notch. She greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that my order was taken promptly. What stood out most was Shayne's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, fresh, and served quickly.
The restaurant was clean and well-organized, a testament to Shayne's strong leadership. She clearly fosters a positive work environment, as the staff were friendly, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to be there.
In a fast-food setting, it's rare to find a manager who takes such pride in their work and ensures that every customer leaves happy. I will definitely be returning to this location, thanks in large part to the excellent management.
