“Went to travis Perkins with my son to get some items for a job at home I needed doing for me but wasn’t sure of the bolts I needed but a customer service advisor called James listened to what I needed the bolts for and knew exactly which bolts & drill bit I needed and if weren’t what I needed it might be a bigger bolt they would resolve that problem for me too, never been to Travis Perkins before but will definitely use them for jobs I need done for me in the future excellent customer service including advice too.
