I visited Arnold Clark in Salford during my ongoing search to find a new car. I was originally confused in finding out which brands were located here, as they come up on Google Maps as a Vauxhall dealer, and also list Vauxhall on their website, even though Vauxhall isn't stocked here. The nearby Arnold Clark in Stretford does have Vauxhall however, but this confusion should be addressed. The dealership is fairly large, and it is split across a large MG building, and a smaller building with FIAT. I was more interested in taking a look at the new FIAT 500 electric model, which was in the smaller building. They did appear to be understaffed, with only one staff member working, he didn't appear in the slightest interested in communicating with me, he provided very little information about the car and just left me to it, I felt like a nuisance and a bother just by speaking to him. I wasn't too impressed with the car overall, mainly down to the size, it felt comfortable to drive but the lack of space wouldn't have been suitable for my needs. I was impressed with the service at the nearby Arnold Clark dealership but was left disappointed with this one. You wouldn't think they were in a commission-based game! 2*

This is one of the worst company to get an agreement, very unprofessional also some of the staff are so rude. If you don?t want stress then seriously stay away from hiring or buying from them, I hired purchased a car, I paid for an extended warranty, they lied and tried to cover tracks and never got resolved once my nightmare agreement fineshes they will never get my custom.

Fantastic customer service. Sami and Adam were a great help in finding me my new car: Seat Arona. Really helped me find a car in my budget as well as being large enough for myself, my wife and my child. They helped find the perfect car and stayed with me through the whole process, making it extremely simple to follow. Freshly polished and looked brand new! They even allowed me to unveil it to see how beautiful it looked.Having been to other branches, I would highly recommend the salford one because of its atmosphere, employees, and stock.Will definitely be coming back for my next one!

If I could give a zero I would. Three weeks this branch has had my car and no work has been done. Rang a million times and it?s hard work to get a response. Buy a 40k car for it to fall apart and cent even get an update on when I can get the car back. I?m disgusted.3 week update. They received the parts for my car a week ago. So they have done nothing for five week. Was told they won?t fit the parts till the Friday after. Ten days after they had the parts delivered. Shocking service. Shocking employees. What a huge mistake I have made getting a car with you.UPDATE 28.7.23Salford had to hook my car in Jaguar to get the car fixed because they wasn?t capable. Since having the car back I?ve had electrical faults, a knocking noise coming from underneath and of course the seat still not fixed. I was told they wouldn?t fix the other things because I can?t prove Salford caused the extra faults. My car was with Jaguar this week and the parts Salford told me they bought and fitted was a lie ! They never bought the car seat frame. They never fitted it and this information had come from Jaguar. I?ve now got a battle of Salford to pay for Jaguar to fix my car and they won?t. I?m in complete limbo and I have no idea what to do next.Please please please avoid Arnold clark.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Cannot thank my sales advisor sami chaudhry enough! I got the car I wanted with my budget and the aftercare was 100%Every question I had was answered. There was no pressure to commit to my purchase, I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Never had such an easy enjoyable experience when trying to get a new car! We had a great experience with the team at Salford, and I would like to thank Adam Senior in particular for his help. He took the time to explain things clearly to us and was very amenable to us visiting as often as we wanted to before making a purchase. Handover was very easy and fun. Would provide 0 stars if I could. The initial service when you are purchasing a car is excellent and cannot be faulted. However just hope you don't have any issues with the car or you won't get any contact. First rang over 10 days and left details. No call back received. A new error message then comes up 4 days later, and an email is sent to the repair centre manager. It's now 10 days since my original call and 6 days since I emailed the repair manager. nobody has come back to me. I've rang this evening and someone tried putting me through to a line that isn't answered and instead of coming back apologising and offering to take details I'm just left on the call to a silent line. 4 calls and 1 email down, and I'm yet to have anyone help me with my request.

The service I have received from this branch & specifically Adam Senior has been absolutely amazing! From an initial enquiry on Wednesday evening, to a brand new car delivered to my doorstep by Friday lunchtime. I?m so in love with my new mokka. It?s a dream to drive & I received regular updates from Adam through the full process. I cannot recommend them enough. When I?m ready for a change I will absolutely be back!

Second time I've had my MG EV serviced here and both times have been stress free. The girls on the desk are very helpful and polite. The garage even found and fixed a loose fitting on my rear window wiper. Top class experience.

My experience at the car dealership was amazing. The staff were so attentive and dealt with all my queries and concerns quickly. The service was amazing for my MOT. I was walked to my car and given additional advice which was really useful. I really appreciate the service I received. I will be back. Thank you for the supportive, excellent staff members. Arnold Clark Salford has absolutely brilliant customer service. After previously after a really bad experience at a different dealership I was very hesitant about buying a new car. Dan McMullen was really understanding and accommodating to my situation and passed me over to Callum Sutton who did an excellent job from start to finish. I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of the staff. My car was delivered from Scotland but the staff understood that I needed a car until it arrived. They even brought me a courtesy car to my work so I didn?t have to struggle. The whole process was a dream and I really appreciate the help. Thanks Arnold Clark Salford!
