I visited Argos today to return a formula feeder maker set. The product was not used for its intended purpose at home. It was only briefly tested with water, immediately repacked, and was clearly faulty – the bottle was defective from the outset.

Long waiting time and extremely understaffed. Only two visible staff in the store, one at the front while the other staff just sitting on the computer, couldn’t care less about the long queue. First in line and I still waited for 10 mins.
