Ordered a tile, said 3-5 working days. 7 days later no sign of the order so I ring and they say it will be delivered tomorrow. No update for another 7 days and I ring back to be told the tile is discontinued, even though it's still available on the website. So either I was lied to by the first guy or second guy. Told to ring head office to get a refund but they are not answering my calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Bad customer service and a nightmare returns policy or the exchange policy so think twice before you buy from this branch. Try old Trafford branch as they have MUCH better customer service and friendly staff

Dreadful returns policy and rude, dismissive customer service attitude. I bought some bathroom items from them, which had to be delivered to the store in Salford. When we went to collect the items, we made them aware that we no longer needed two of them (a sink and toilet). We never had to take them from the warehouse, they never had to be unpacked. They would only refund us 80% of the value because of their "returns policy" - which was no where on the website regarding bathroom products. Therefore we were out of pocket by over £90 for items that never even left their possession. Complete scam! I have contacted the customer service on a number of occasions, but they have been extremely rude and dismissive - refusing to provide proof / justification for this returns policy. Now they are just completely ignoring me.

Zero customer service! Do not recommend! Refused refund or exchange for £60 worth of tiles after we spent £600 in total. Customer service "manager" josh refused to give his full name and said he didn't have to as we wanted to write but he reassured us in advance that the answer would still be no! Couldn't care less attitide.

Worst customer service ever!Bought tiles for my bathroom and kitchen half of them arrived broken!Had to chase them to return and by the time I reach the last patch due delay in work it was broken too and they refused to return it!
