We usually go to Tesco to do grocery, there are many other options including Sainsbury?s, Aldi, Home Bargain, and M&S, yet this Tesco is our preferred option.

I was delighted to find TESCO?s family raspberry trifle when I was shopping this week.
I had bought one last Christmas and absolutely loved it.
The flavour is absolutely delicious .

I?d like to share my recent experience at your store which left me quite disappointed.
While purchasing two boxes of beer, I was accompanied by my husband, who unfortunately didn?t have his ID. The colleague at the till refused the sale, which I understand. However, even after my husband left the store and I, who had valid ID, attempted to proceed with the purchase alone, I was still refused.
In the end, a friend had to step in to complete the transaction. The process felt unnecessarily rigid, and the staff member?s attitude was rather unhelpful.
I fully support responsible alcohol sales, but in this case, a little common sense and courtesy would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer interactions.

The cashier claimed I didn't have any money and refused to give me the products until I proved that the money had been withdrawn from my account.

I used to like this store, but these days I?m becoming more and more annoyed with the amount of stock they consistently don?t have. It?s only getting worse and less reliable to do any shopping in really.

Carpark was very small and the shop was small as well.
The system that at the parking lot is ALWAYS DIED extremely not helpful parking.

English summary: everything in disaster.
What was broken at this time was that we were too lazy to fix it.
1. The parking system has been out of order for more than half a year? You can surf the Internet by yourself. If you don?t know how to surf the Internet, you can take care of it by yourself (it?s basically an empty city plan. Even the automatic license plate recognition system is down, so you can?t find the vehicle information)
2. The main entrance was broken into by thieves? Calculate the Q number. Please use the exit for your class.
3. A large number of shopping carts malfunction? You can wait until you are exhausted.

Lovely large Tesco with a good clothing section. Its wheelchair accessible ? although the clothing isles aren't always the easiest to navigate with one.

On my experinace on going to this store when I gave check out lady who had been working there since 2018 a healthy start card she didn't have a clue how to do it on her till said she only knows how to do vouchers. as these cards have been out for a few years now and tesco being very large company you would think staff would have been up to date . When asking another person for help, he didn't have a clue either. I personally asked for the young man's name, and he looked at me and then walked away .. utterly rude customer service . When asking for a manager, the staff were clueless .. I asked another woman on another check out who the manager was. No names were given, just that they have 5 managers, but management was not in today .. please can your staff be updated on health start cards . And have chat about customer sevice . The outcome of my visit had to pay cash for everything . Left feeling let down, and I will not be returning to this store again. Thanks, guys.
