Absolutely dreadful service. A mistake has been made with my medicines. I've tried to get hold of the pharmacy through the number on their part of the website, but I'm given a robot voice that gives me 7 options, none of which is relevant, and when I try one they put me in a circle of messages.
A dreadful example of corporate lack of service or care.
Let's hope a human being answers this posting.

Absolutely awful. Received such rude and unhelpful service, especially by the male pharmacist who barely even looked up from
What he was doing to tell me he wouldn?t give the cream I was told to get for my son?s eye by an optometrist yesterday without seeing him(which would mean even more time off work). Just so rude.

What is the point of having a pharmacy in 24h shop when it closes at six like any other pharmacy
And there isn?t a night pharmacy available in 5 miles radios
This is not a good service at all

I visited this pharmacy on a Sunday as my regular pharmacist was closed.
I had been suffering with an irritated eye on the Saturday, but nothing was helping & it was turning red. Ive had conjunctivitis before & as I had some unopened chloramphenicol ointment in the fridge , I started using it Saturday night & Sunday morning but found it greasy, so I wanted the liquid drops instead.
When I asked this pharmacist she looked at my eye and said, ?your eye is not pink, you do not have conjunctivitis? .. I said that the ointment had relieved it a little , but the questions continued and I felt patronised, and made to doubt my self diagnosis. She said I should go to Specsavers to be triaged & see a professional as it must be something else So I did; but the earliest I could be seen was late afternoon so feeling very frustrated, I decided to stick with my own diagnosis, persevere with the ointment & visit my optician on Monday. He confirmed conjunctivitis!!! When you get to 60+ having had several kids, you get to know a thing or 2 about common illness.
This pharmacist had made up her mind before she even got the story & then ignored the evidence anyway.
Unhelpful & Overcautious

I went there as my eye was really uncomfortable. The pharmacist suggested I go to the Royal Eye Hospital where they saved my eyesight. Great thanks.

Embarrassing!
This is my nominated pharmacy so I've been here numerous times. I was aghast at my recent experience.
I wrote on the notes app on my phone what I needed. I did this because I wanted it to be discreet and for nobody around me to know. The Pharmacist came over and I showed him my phone. There was a queue and I didn't want people hearing. I can't believe he then starting talking about the item, it's uses and other things I should be doing. He didn't take me to one side, he did it in front of everyone. It was almost like he knew how embarrassed I felt yet got some sort of kick out of shaming me.
Embarrassed, I tried to explain why I thought I had the issue and he disagreed with me. I was trying to regain my privacy (and dignity) yet he, once again, completely embarrassed me (whilst grinning). It was a horrible public shaming experience, totally inappropriate and wholly unprofessional.
I'll be complaining to Tesco and to the appropriate pharmaceutical professional body. This Pharmacist needs some additional training. As a fellow medical professional; I guarantee, this behaviour is misaligned with the code of conduct/ethics of pharmaceutical services.

Dreadful experience!!! .. The pharmacist is rude, aggressive, obnoxious and probably the most unhelpfull medical professional I have ever encountered. Give this place a wide birth and get your meds from a helpful and customer orientated professional. Shocking place..
