Went there today to get some saline for a piercing they were very helpful until the staff member that helped me told me to empty my pockets accusing me of stealing another product from another shop that I walked in the shop with disgusting way to be treated won?t spend another penny with Superdrug ever again they have young staff accusing people of stealing when they are not because they are to cheap to hire a real security guard terrible shop and treatment of customers

I went to the Superdrug store in Sale town centre. I'd been in the day before to buy Versace Yellow Diamonds but didn't realise it wasn't the Intense version. Once home I rang, spoke to James the Manager, he was so understanding and told me he'd exchange as long as unopened (which fortunately it hadn't been). When I returned today James was just so professional, along with Ryhanna who was so friendly and helped at the till. Perfect customer service. Thank you so much.

In a recent visit to Superdrugstore at Old Trafford, I encountered an incident that highlighted a concerning customer service experience. Upon entering the store, I proceeded to the checkout where a staff member was serving other customers.
While in line to make my purchase, I inquired about the availability of nicotine pouches after making more shopping. The staff member pointed towards an aisle. However, upon reaching the designated aisle, I couldn't locate the product. I returned to the checkout area seeking further guidance. The staff member indicated it was in the middle but did not accompany me.
Upon finding the product on my own after the staff member directed me to the aisle, I returned to the checkout to apologize for the confusion. Interestingly, without offering an explanation or acknowledgment of my apology, the staff member went back to the same spot, opened a drawer, and retrieved the product herself. It raises questions about why she didn't assist me initially, opting to send me back twice before resolving the matter independently.
Subsequently, she requested identification, despite my age and appearance suggesting otherwise. The situation escalated as she insisted on an ID, prompting a request for the manager.
I?m a 29 Male with shorter hair that served military. The manager's involvement did not alleviate the tension, with the staff member making the situation about herself and refusing service.
I had bought some creams and soap and she couldn?t just say. You can buy this but not the nicotine pouches. Instead she said I deserve respect and refused service. TIK TOK Brainers.
imagine hiring a girl to make a simple job and making it all about herself.

Lovely, friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Definitely, the best Superdrug I've visited. Well stocked shelves and plenty of options to choose from and alternatives to your favourites. Get yourself a loyalty card so you can take full advantage of their offers.

They should update their chat bot because first time using it and it was horrible it didn't even understand my question you might aswell have chatGPT, I was trying to find out if the store had some sleeping pills or tablets and the bot say sorry I couldn't understand your question and made my headache worse how hard can it be to find out if they have pills or not, so please remove that lame chatbot it made my headache worse because of how simple the bot is and barely has knowledge

Don't let them near you're eyebrows. Absolutely rushed and terrible job. My eyebrows are so different from one another. So angry, now have to wait for them to grow back ??
