Thank you!I recently visited Specsavers in Sale and had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Lilly and Kiya. From the moment I walked in, the staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise.Lilly, the optometrist, conducted a thorough eye examination, explaining each step with clarity. She took the time to address my concerns and provided valuable insights about my eye health. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the experience comfortable and informative.Kiya, the staff member who assisted with selecting frames, was incredibly helpful. She offered valuable style advice while considering my preferences and budget. Kiya's patience and enthusiasm made the frame-selection process enjoyable.Overall, the service at Specsavers in Sale exceeded my expectations, thanks to Lilly and Kiya. Had a very good eye test, very thorough. I found the glasses varifocal worked out very expensive, so just got reader's.

My mum had a few issues with her vision and the optician after couple of time refuse to see her again and they were saying is nothing wrong with her vision.I took her to another optician in Sale "Johnson & Leatherbarrow" they immediately find the problem and they change her glass.I am sorry but soacsaver optician have "no duty of care" and they only relying on the machine to tell them what to do.Thank you Johnson & Leatherbarrow for identifying the mistake that specsavers optician made and corrected it.

Eye test fine. Frame choosing fine. Dispensing side terrible. Phone call to say glasses two pairs are ready. On arrival they aren't ready and have to reorder a pair and choose a new frame as its discontinued? Surely you would have known this a lot earlier than the day before collection. Performance of choosing another frame and hey ho a phone call later in the week to say yet again another delay with despatching the glasses.... very poor customer service.

I had an eye test with Lilly who eventually spotted the early signs of Glaucoma and has referred me to Manchester eye hospital so I am so grateful and fortunate that I chose Specsavers for my test . Thanks to Steve and Nat and Tom for their outstanding contributions but particularly to Lilly for her expertise . Extremely grateful to allTony Fallon

My son turned up in store on-time for an eye test and he was told he would need an adult to accompany with him. However in the appointment letter, none of these requirements were mentioned. And whe he came back in 10 mins with an adult, he was told his appointment was cancelled and they couldn't rearrange it for the same day. During all of these time, the adult was not contacted at all even though they had the adult's contact no in the booking form. This is a ridiculous and very appalling service. They could have contacted the adult directly through mobile phone or they could let my son know in the first place that his appointment was going to be cancelled. They didn't do anything and we only found out all of these when we turned up after10 mins. I have been a loyal Specsavers customer and I feel deeply very very disappointed with the whole service and the way they treated their loyal customers.

Over all experience good. Staff are experienced and professional. Vision glasses are a bit expensive
