Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. The optician explained the eye complication to my daughter really well so she wasn?t concerned and knew what the next steps would be once her referral was made to the eye hospital, reassuring her that there?s nothing to worry about. The Dispensing optician, Anisa, was very helpful in selecting glasses, explaining myopia glasses and its benefits. This was our second visit since having her myopia glasses fitting and Anisa was right, they really did help prevent further decline in eyesight for my daughter. We have previously been to the Manchester fort branch as this is very close to home however the care and service at this branch is unmatched and we will always travel to this branch in future.

I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers in Stanley Square, Sale, at the beginning of July. The staff were all incredibly professional and helpful.
Husna handled my diagnostics, Zak did my eye test, Adelina assisted with frame choice, and Anisah managed the final fitting. Every step was perfect, and I was very pleased with the service from all of them!

I dropped in on Saturday 9th August to see if they could help me to alter two pairs of sunglasses which had been damaged. Gabi, a lovely girl, could not have been more accommodating in helping me until both pairs were just right. Absolutely fabulous customer service and she is a real credit to the business. I rarely go online to leave a review but felt that I just had to give her a shout out after her help. Thank you!

I would like to give a big thank you to Hanniya at Specsavers Sale for her outstanding customer service. She took her time helping me choose the right pair of glasses, showing great patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout. Nothing felt rushed, and her advice was both helpful and reassuring.
