Called them out to fix my dishwasher. Made more sense to replace than to repair, and they had a well priced replacement delivered within the hour. Engineer was friendly, honest and happy to share his knowledge with us. I dread getting professionals in to fix stuff, but I'd use these guys again.

Integrated fridge broke in our rented flat. Had to use this company through landlord. Several phone calls and a week later & still nothing. I emailed them with model number, photos, size etc. Took them a further week to send someone out. Only came to inspect and not replace (they didn?t tell us that). Guy looked at it, took 1 photo and said it needed replacing. Then had to wait again for them to turn up with replacement. Finally, they did a terrible job of relaying the vinyl floor after they?d installed the fridge.3 weeks no fridge. No communication or records between office/call-out-staff and customer. Abysmal, frustrating and painful from start to finish.Clearly a very low budget, unorganised outfit.Would not recommend for any reason whatsoever.

John worked tirelessly to remove a dishwasher that was originally poorly fitted. He couldn't do it at the first attempt so came back for a second time and was successful. John was courteous throughout. I cannot thank him enough for persevering where others would have given up. Highly recommend this fantastic company.

bought a washing machine in July certain cycles it leaks big time phoned the shop up they came out said they could not find anything wrong happened again the shop told us to phone the warranty, the warranty people said if they come out will charge us £54.99 if they can not find a fault unless we buy insurance .I feel like i have been scammed
