Rooms need cleaning and the breakfast and service was disgraceful. Short staffed in a run down tired pub waited 55 minutes for breakfast to arrive and were given wrong order so left still hungry. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff and comfy room. Car Parking good. But the so called restaurant / bar is closed most of the day. You are effectively told when you may eat and drink. No complimentary water in the room so I had to drive around the area after arrival to find a place to eat and drink. Hank Marvin ? Then try elsewhere.

Hotel ok but breakfast was a disaster, I think my eggs were poached for about half an hour. However staff were nice and didn't expect us to pay

Rooms: Very basic, felt like youth hostel accommodation.
Food and drinks: Absolutely diabolical, breakfast was inedible, dinner not much better.

Rooms Ok but restaurant was cold in the evening and staff unable to change it. Food only for hotel guests now so quiet.
Not really near anywhere unless you have a car only a few miles from Dunham

The restaurant is for hotel residents only now and that seems to have had an effect. A lot of meals on the menu were not available and things like salt cellars and vinegar bottles are on tables but empty. You must book a table in advance. The hotel rooms are in typical Premier Inn style and staff are really helpful.
Food and drinks: Breakfast is good (pre-book). The oven wasn't working for the evening meal so pies and other dishes were not available. A problem with a fryer meant some other meals could not be ordered. Not a good beer choice but the wine selection is fine.

Alison on reception was lovely. Bubbly chatty woman, she made the stay. Rooms were clean.
