Even though NEW LOOK confirmed that they still provide printed receipts and that I have the right to ask for one, this particular shop pretends to only send receipts via email. Therefore, if you don't provide your email, you don't receive your receipt, despite our right to a printed one!

Staff is nice but the changing room are absolutely filthy. Not seen changing room in such a state anywhere else and I feel they are getting worse since last time I was there. Hair and dust flying around in the cabins. Just really bad. Put me off from trying on clothes and going there at all.

Unfortunately the wrong item arrived, however the right item finally arrived, customer service tried there best, but it was long winded as it was chat, i?m 64 yes older and found switching between apps, email & their site very long tiresome!

Absolutely shocking.
New look have plasterd signs all over the store front a few months ago saying they go up to a size 22.
However I went into the store in sale
I found one item that was a size 20
I asked one of the s taff members if they still do plus sizes
They told me they do but the only order one size 20 and one Size 22 in each item.
And we sell out fast.
We can order it in for you with free delivery.
In each item of clothing they had lots of size 8 to 12s.
So if I want to try on 5 dresses, I have to buy them and wait for them to be delivered,
Its ridiculous.

Clean and presentable store. Polite and friendly staff. Plenty on offer to buy ranging from children's clothing to adults. Good quality clothing without any issues. Also a good place to have online orders sent to be picked up.
