Even though NEW LOOK confirmed that they still provide printed receipts and that I have the right to ask for one, this particular shop pretends to only send receipts via email. Therefore, if you don't provide your email, you don't receive your receipt, despite our right to a printed one!

Staff is nice but the changing room are absolutely filthy. Not seen changing room in such a state anywhere else and I feel they are getting worse since last time I was there. Hair and dust flying around in the cabins. Just really bad. Put me off from trying on clothes and going there at all.
